This is a great way to keep your meetings organized and enhance customer interaction. The problem typically is getting a customer back on the phone after an initial call. Meetin.gs helps solve that with an interactive meeting interface. In our specific use case, a deal can range from $1,000 - $10,000 each that is on the table waiting to be signed. Meetin.gs helps bridge the gap in communication and helps keep both sides organized to close more deals.

Meetin.gs has great potential for sure. I feel they do a better job of bringing in customer CRM info to weave it in with meetings. There needs to be more automations and deeper functionality in order to compete with the larger competitors in their space. If they were able to incorporate SMS more into their system then I think that would go a long way.

Ditch the sticky pad once and for all!
For my position especially I travel across several counties and work with multiple different agencies coordinating a number of different large projects. Keeping my meetings straight and organized is a top priority for me. In the old days, I could get by with a sticky note that said, "lunch with Bob on Thursday".
